Before and After Photos

To help me document whether something is working and determine whether to continue my experiments on myself including whether to modify the method (e.g., strength, frequency), I take lots of photographs. Natural Products, Low Fragrance, Non-GMO

​I most value natural, non-GMO products, including homemade ones (aka DIY), but for tough problems like a supremely aggressive and longstanding case of tinea versicolor (I actively fought it for two years before discovering a powerful enough solution), I have sometimes resorted to trying other products such as a few harsh detergents with strong synthetic fragrance.

Makeup-Free Photos

I have not worn a shred of makeup in at least ten years. It was all trashed, and even if my face is red and blotchy, I won't wear it again. I believe in letting the flaws be seen so that they can be remedied rather than hidden.

Why This Website

I have been into nutrition and naturals for much of my life, but I rushed to create this website as soon as I saw through my daily documentation (via detailed photographs) evidence that both dentin AND enamel can regrow--even with cavities that have become brown or black! 

The general consensus online is that if the decay has reached the root, the tooth will have to be pulled. But even rather big cavities of mine (about 3 mm deep) have filled in and are resealing with enamel. The many cracks in my teeth (from a very bad bite, bruxism, age, and an insufficient diet) are sealing, and even the cavities between my teeth are healing. The chewing pain has much reduced, too. I can now eat hard foods far more comfortably even though my teeth are not yet done healing (cracked teeth, concave molars, etc.).

An arrested cavity is one where the decay has ceased and the tooth has become stable. That is the minimum I was aiming for with the protocol I developed but was extremely pleasantly surprised to find photographic evidence that teeth are capable of much more than that given the right protocol.

Dr. Weston A. Price, a dentist from the 1920s, was the first to convince me that cavities could be healed with nutrition, but I was only expecting the remaining inner layer called dentin to harden and the teeth to become stable with no further decay.

Being a bit of a perfectionist in some areas of my life, I created my own protocol that is more extensive than anything I've seen elsewhere.

​possible of at least ceasing to decay. And I took frequent photographs to document the changes and determine the parts of my protocol that were working best. I became my own guinea pig, and
the results of my experimentation are surprising
​me tremendously!
