My rate is $50 per informational consulting session of about thirty minutes, $80 per consulting session of about an hour, or $110 if you want about an hour and a half. Check one of the three time spans in the list
​at the bottom of the photograph. A
​teeth consulting session should ideally be at least one hour, and it helps if you already have a basic understanding of our daily nutritional needs. Detailed communication also helps.

​We can discuss by phone any of the topics listed on my website, and I will provide some follow-up e-mails free of charge after the consultation

Every Body is Different

​Every one of us has our own unique set of health challenges, weaknesses and strengths--including different genes. And we all have different habits, emotions, environments, and beliefs that can affect health. I can't guarantee that what has worked for me will work for you, and I can't even offer health advice for various reasons including that we're still learning about the human body and God's other creations (e.g., plants, nutrients) as well as human inventions (e.g., extracts, topicals, how to combine elements from
the natural world). 

All I can offer during a consultation is
information about what I've researched,
read, tried, and experienced.

Doctors once recommended cigarettes, and that is brought up here to remind us all that we're all still learning. What appears perfectly safe and wonderful today may turn out to NOT be so safe at a later date. Therefore, caution and awareness are always advised. We must all use at our own risk and pay attention to how our bodies are responding. But I certainly advise that you check with a doctor or other expert (e.g., naturopath, nutritionist) wherever possible--someone with the expertise to be ​able ​to answer your questions.​
